Through my work, I started to come across increasing numbers
of people who were finding it difficult to source good quality organic or
additive-free produce. Through this desire I started to search out people who
could satisfy these perceived needs. I quickly established a list of ever-wider
contacts, but realised that the very best food was Traditional and the only place
to get this food was straight from the farm. However, the number of farms that
could actually offer a comprehensive, sustainable butchery service was limited,
so a tried a few, this became a lot and then back to a few as I eliminated the
under performers from my lists. I needed people who were big enough to cope
with demand but small enough to care. I wanted people who I would buy from,
who's produce I would eat, who would supply to order, who were as passionate
about quality as I was.
it was a natural progression to start to offer to supply my
own customers with this high quality produce for their own consumption.
My customers soon came to regard me as a good source for a
wide range of the best food available. I have been with a number of my
suppliers for a number of years, so have built an excellent working
relationship and, as I have said, I source my own personal requirements from
the same suppliers so I know exactly what the quality is like.
As the business developed, I realised that I needed to set
up my business to specialise in supplying your Traditional meat, delicatessen and
poultry products in one place.
My aim is to use my customer service and food knowledge to
enable the customer to get the best possible service at a reasonable price,
whilst at the same time keeping delivery charges to a minimum (depending on the
order value).
We aim to keep our prices as competitive as possible, and at
the same time ensure that you get the best possible service and attention. I
personally monitor all deliveries.

Our supplier sends your
order straight to your door using an overnight delivery service, to ensure that
you receive your order as soon as possible.

We will also be pleased

I personally take charge of your
order from when you are placing it through to delivery. I would also like to
speak to you once you have received your order to see how you are getting on
with the produce. Service is our motto from beginning to end.
