Refunds
Should any merchandise arrive
to you in an unsatisfactory condition, we will aim to resolve the issue by replacing or
refunding the value of the goods concerned.
Cancellation
Once the order has been
processed , cancellation request can not be accepted with the exception of extreme
situations were the request will be granted.
Collection
No collection of fresh food
is carried out except in cases were the food is deemed un acceptable.
Changes to the various product ranges |
We reserve the right to change the details of products as
described on the website. Where changes are made, these will be confirmed prior to
completing the order, and the opportunity will be given to amend the order as
appropriate.
You can either order on line, e-mail, phone, or fax us with your order and telephone
number and we shall get straight back to you for your credit or debit card details.
No debits will be made against Credit Cards until the goods have been despatched.
Customers wishing to pay by cheque can do so by prior arrangement. |
